Shipping policy

Orders placed on lavhair.com.ua are shipped Monday through Friday. Due to ongoing circumstances in Ukraine and changes in the «Nova Poshta» shipping schedule, dispatch times may vary.

ORDER SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are dispatched on business days (Mon–Fri) between 15:00 and 18:00.


To ensure same‑day shipping, your order must be placed and paid by 12:00. Orders placed or paid after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.


Delivery time depends on the courier company and typically takes 1-3 days. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.


Self pickup

You can also pick up your order in person at the «Ruky‑Nozhytsi» Academy located at: Kyiv, Revutskogo Street, 40B.


Work schedule:


  • Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00
  • Saturday-Sunday: days off


Orders paid by 12:00 can be picked up the same day after 16:00 and no later than 18:00. Orders confirmed after 12:00 will be available for pickup the next working day.


To avoid inconvenience, please schedule your visit with our manager in advance. Orders are held for 3 working days after confirmation.

    Shipping across Ukraine

    All shipments within Ukraine are sent via «Nova Poshta» courier service.

    CASH ON DELIVERY

    Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta is now available.

    To place an order, a prepayment of 200 UAH is required.

    The prepayment can be made only via LiqPay.

    The remaining amount is paid upon receiving the order.


    Free delivery

    Enjoy free delivery (to Nova Poshta post office or a branch) when your order meets the following conditions:


    — for retail customers, the order total must be 800 UAH or more


    Receiving your order

    Once your package arrives at the courier’s warehouse, it will be held for up to 5 working days. After this period, storage fees may apply. Only the person named on the shipping declaration may collect the order and must present a valid ID.


    Important: please check the package integrity and verify the contents before accepting your order at the «Nova Poshta» office.


    Returns & exchanges

    According to Article 9, paragraph 4 of the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law and Cabinet Resolution No. 172 (March 19, 1994), cosmetology and perfumery products of proper quality are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
